BCM was selected by Scannell Properties to lead a design/build team to construct this build to suit project on a 5.2 acre site in Livermore. The project was constructed utilizing precast concrete panels shipped to the site to reduce the construction schedule. The shell was completed for in 2020 and the interior tenant improvement was completed in 2021.
